- If you email or phone us using the details on this website, we use what you send us to answer your enquiry.
- The contact form on our home page asks for your name, email address and message. We use these only to answer you.
- Our web hosting records technical information about visits, such as IP address, the page requested and browser type, to keep the website secure.
- We record the choice you make about cookies so we do not ask you again. See our cookie policy.
Our lawful basis
We use this information to carry out our public task as an education provider: giving families and the public information about the school, answering enquiries and keeping the website secure (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(e)).
Who we share it with
- Microsoft, which provides the trust’s email service.
- Google, whose servers provide some of the fonts used on this website. Your browser sends your IP address to Google when it loads them.
- Google, which provides the map on our home page and contact page. When the map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies.
We do not sell your information or use it for marketing, and we do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept in line with the trust’s records management policy and deleted when no longer needed. Server logs are kept for security purposes for a limited period.
Your rights
You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it or restrict how we use it. You can also object to how we use it. To make a request, email gdpr@atomix.ac.uk or contact the data protection officer. We will reply within one month.
